The hotel was peaceful and overall clean, its location was magnificent to a fabulous evening of wonderful food everything was cooked to perfection it was all delicious, very good service. Location: the property was short walk to Horsey beach, where ther must have been between 200-300 seals relaxing, the enclosed gardens, and the restaurant which had a brilliant ambiance. Plus, distance to a brilliant privately owned museum was only 1 km. I didn't feel like leaving and would want to stay there again.

Fairly quiet, fabulous units provided with huge bath, enormous bed and Agatha Christie's bedroom. Great and ideal spot near to the garden and local area, the centre of North Walsham and South Africa.

It has both so efficient and delightfully helpful staff.

The property is well-maintained and sits close to the beach. Very comfy restaurant, good food, people working here are exceptionally attentive. The hotel's location is convenient and excellent with free parking.

Pretty friendly, amicable people working here. Well furnished rooms with enormous bathroom and the lovely garden and generous breakfast.

Romantic & brand-new room, with an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk. Hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows, very comfy bed.

Tasty breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit, pastries prepared by fabulous staff.

Units with massive bathrooms. Plenty of options, outstanding food.

Excellant central location close to local attractions as well as North Walsham.

Outstandingly helpful employees especially the Manager.

Friendly and attentive service

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality. The staff, including Hugh, Sam, and Lucy, provided exceptional service throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly valued as a guest.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the small size of the room and bathroom. However, these were my own fault as I had booked a small double.

What a perfectly pleasant stay, no reason to complain. Nicely renovated and spotlessly clean hotel, well-trained and so efficient staff. Well-equipped room plus central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk. Variety of savoury food at breakfast time. Smooth check-in, parking on-site. Late check-out.

The breakfast options are savoury and generous with juices, fruit, toast.
